The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the <br />following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. sidewalk is required along both Lexington and Roma Avenues. <br /> <br />2. There is an existing sign located in the right-of-way and also <br />only a few feet from an existing sanitary sewer main. This sign <br />must be moved off the right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. The sign in question is not shown on the plans. Before any <br />additional comments can be made a location map must be done. <br />
