The Council <br />Attorney's office to provide a resolution <br />fact to support denial. <br /> <br />2. The' City Attorney has drafted the attached resolution as <br />requested. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />stated a desire to <br />from R-1 to R-2 at <br />directed the City <br />stating findings of <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the city Council pass the attached <br />resolution to deny Franklin Ho's request to rezone the <br />property at 1935 Cleveland Avenue North from R-1 to R-2. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
