The engineering <br />staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. This house only has one sewer and water service. The code states <br />all R-2 property must have two services. <br /> <br />2. A scaled drawing showing the existing house and the new proposed <br />parking area is needed for any additional comments. <br /> <br />3. No grading can be done without a permit. No fill can be placed in <br />the drainage easement. <br />
