Franklin Chi-Ling Ho
1935 Cleveland Ave. N.
Roseville HN 55113.
Tel: 612-628-9596.
November 1 st., 1991.

City of Roseville
2660 Civic Center Dr.
Roseville, HN 55113.

Dear Sir or Madaa:

I request a code change for my single family dwelling at my present
address to duplex status as I am planning to rent the upstairs to another
family...From R1 to R2 status. I wish to rent this property to supplement

my income and maximize the use of the housing space. I have a double
garage and only one car, so the family upstairs may use a space in the

garage for parking. I also have space alongside the south side of the

house for parking if necessary. I am using a sixty two gallon garbage
can from the Waste Management Co. now, it is quite adequate to handle

trash from myself as well as one more family upstairs. (I can always
request additional garbage can from the company If I need to.) I would
like to make modifications on the house regarding putting a door on the
stairway going upstairs to afford privacy for each unit.

If this request is not approved, it would be a waste in housing space

as well as an economic burden for myself. I live in the house alone right
now and many of .y neighbors have many more people living in their
dwellings than I do which makes my proposal comparable to what is already
going on in the neighborhood.

Thank you for considering my request. Please let me know your decision.

Sincerely yours,

ð~~~~

Franklin Chi-Ling Ho.
