PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, July 8, 1992 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Strick Lease request for special use permit at 2481 N. Cleveland Avenue. The applicant is requesting to grade a portion of their property for the storage of trailers. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, July 27, 1992 at City Hall at 7: 30 p.m., to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that part of Tract "F" Registered Land Survey 50, lying South of a line running parallel to and distant 50 feet Southerly from a line described as follows: Beginning at a point 935 feet, measured South from the center line of the main track of Northern Pacific Railway, on a line which is 798.5 feet Westerly of and running parallel with the West line of East one-quarter (E.1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section eight (8), Township twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23); thence from said point of beginning, with a back sight on a preceding course and deflecting to the right 83 degrees 45 feet in an Easterly direction 177 feet to a point; thence deflecting 5 degrees 45 feet to the right from the preceding course and continuing in an Easterly direction in a straight line to a point of termination on the aforesaid West line the East one-quarter (E. 1/4) of Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of section eight (8), in Registered Land Survey No. 50, on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles within and for said county.
