Thia fence will be conat.ructed of rect.angular one <br />inch by .ix inch cedar board. with auf£icient. aized poata end <br />eros. bracing t.o withst.nd norlllal cli.ate conditiona. The boards <br />w~ll be between one 1nch .nd four inches from the ground end will <br />have zero spacing. Thi8 f.nce w11l be conatructed to norMal <br />cOlllaercial .tandarda. The aaction of the fence adjoining th~ <br />Koehler/"ulder property ahall be twelve feet high, unleaa Koehler <br />and "ulder .hall elact t.o have that portion of the fence be eight <br />fe.t high. Since the A Plua property adjo1ne only & portion of <br />the Schriefel property, ~he fence will not be constructed along <br />the Sehr1.£el propert.y 11n. unleaa, with the cooperation ot th~ <br />adjoining owner, it c.n be extended the £ull length of the <br />Schrtefel property 11ne.
