Currently, the south edge of your driveway is less
than five feet from your south property line. In order to comply
with city code, this must be re-built to a point five feet from
your south property line, or you may apply to vary from city code
by a "blanket variance." I have enclosed an application for a
blanket variance if you would prefer this option.

Please contact me at 490-2225 if you have any questions regarding
this application.

ely,

q

Do 1 s Strong -~
Engineering Supervisor

DS:cy

Enclosure

2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE.
