Am I correct that the adjacent <br />owner was simply supposed to sign the Application (as Mr. Wiebolt <br />has), or is something else required? <br /> <br />On another matter, this will confirm our prior conversation <br />in response to your previous letter about the opportunity to have <br />our driveway resurfaced during the street construction project. <br />I understand that you will have the contractor contact me to <br />arrange for an estimate.
