Rosewood Lane <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: #10 item D <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />We are requesting a minor variance to the side yard set <br />backs. Because the lot is only 75 feet wide and to be able <br />to put a decent size house on this lot we need 5 foot set <br />back (side). The area has a 5 foot set back now, but because <br />the lot was split after the 1959 ordinance we need a minor <br />variance. <br /> <br />To keep the area in mind and to put a comparable sized house <br />in, the width of the lot is too restrictive if we have to <br />adhere to this ordinance. The house is a 1 story structure <br />and will fit in with the other houses~ <br /> <br />We have obtained opinions from the 2 side neighbors and 1 <br />across the street. They have no problem with the minor <br />variance and are excited about a home being on this lot. <br /> <br />We thank you very much for your consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />Robe E .
