I discovered my property is currently zoned R-4 which is a mistake con- <br />s~dering its present use. This property, 1720 Hamline Avenue North, is presently a <br />single family home. I have no plans at present, or in the future, of changing this <br />property to anything but a single family residence. <br /> <br />The zoning change I am requesting will comply with the properties present use and <br />will save me the expense of the street assessment for Hamline Avenue. I talked to <br />Doug Strong before the street improvements began last summer. At that time, he stated <br />there should be no problem changing the zoning for this property, considering its <br />present use and condition. <br /> <br />
