I am writing to make sure we are clear about the process involved and the <br />infonnation we will need to follow through on your plans. <br /> <br />You are applying for two separate actions: a minor variance for the new garage and a preliminary plat for tÞe <br />two lots you are splitting off from your existing lot The letter signed by your neighbors and the drawing of <br />the location of house and new garage is sufficient to process the minor variance. Rick Jopke will schedule a <br />meeting of the Minor Variance Committee within two weeks to consider that request. If approved by the <br />Committee the item will appear on the City Council consent agenda soon after that. <br /> <br />For the preliminary plat we need a surveyed plat drawing prepared by a registered surveyor, together with <br />other infonnation required by the City Code. I believe we gave you copies of the appropriate sections of the <br />Code. If you do not have them, contact Rick Jopke.
