EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of the City council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of July, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson, and the followin9 were absent: None. Member Thomas adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8817 RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WHEREAS, The City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said drainage easement in the citY'of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because storm sewer improvements have been provided in the area, the necessity for the easement has been eliminated; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial' to the public interest to vacate said drainage easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ci ty Council of the ci ty of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage easement over the property described as follows: LOT 10, BLOCK 2 ROSEWOOD ADDITION The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
