<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of August, 200 I at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9923 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTING THE CITY'S FUND STRUCTURE FOR <br />TRANSISTION TO GASH 34 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has implemented GASB 34 in it 2000 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report <br />(CAFR) and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are changes in fund structures in GASB 34 implementation <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />that the City's Fund Structure is adjusted to the GASB 34 format. <br /> <br /> <br />Fund <br />
