<br /> <br />June 2, 1992 <br /> <br />13-29-23-31-0063 <br />Mark Matteson <br />415 Glenwood Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: STREET CONSTRUCTION/DRIVEWAY SETBACK, CITY PROJECT P-92-02-72 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Matteson: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Glenwood Avenue, the City <br />Engineering Department has examined all driveways for setback and <br />code compliance. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into <br />compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading. <br />Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private <br />property. <br /> <br />currently, the east edge of your driveway is 0 feet from your <br />south property line. In order to comply with city code, this <br />must be rebuilt to a point 5 feet from your south property line <br />or you may apply to vary from the city code by a "minor <br />variance." <br /> <br />I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if you prefer <br />this option. <br /> <br />Please contact me at 490-2223 if you have any questions regarding <br />this application. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />¿;¡~ ~.~. <br />{6ny A.
