<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of August 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9924 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2002 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's Budget for 2002 in the amount of $38,089,474 be hereby accepted and <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
