YOUR PREFERENCE

Please indicate your preference on a pathway to shopping and bus service by access through the
Pavilion Place fence from a pathway on the vacant lot at Oakcrest and Aldine by CIRCLING ONE
OF THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS. Then please sign, date, and list your address. Thank you
for participating in the referendum. Please mail to AI Sands, 2612 NorthAldine, Roseville, MN
55113, or, if you wish privacy, send to the attention of Mr. Rick Joepke, Roseville City Hall,
2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Mo. 55113.

1. KEEP ALL THE LAND
Keep all the land for our use as a pathway to Rosedale and bus service, and not vacate
any of it at this time.

2. KEEP LAND FOR A PATH
Keep 5 to 15 feet for a pathway, and give the rest of the land to Mr. Anderson in
exchange for his agreement to let us have a path to Rosedale. It is understood he must
agree to not object to the development of the path in order to be given the remaining land.
Mr. Anderson must also agree to disclose the pathway agreement to the buyer of the
residence he has purchased for resale to the east of the vacant lot, and that buyer must
also agree not to object to the development of the walkway.

3. FORGET ABOUT A PATH, BUT SELL THE LOT FOR FAIR MARKET VALUE
I am not interested in a path. Sell the land to Mr. Anderson for its fair market value, and
use the money to lower our taxes instead of enriching Mr. Anderson. Or, if Mr. Anderson
is not interested in buying it, sell it to a third party and give a variance to build on the 60
foot lot.

4. VACATE THE LAND, FORGET ABOUT A PATH, AND GIVE THE LAND TO MR.
ANDERSON.
I'm just not interested in any of this. Vacate the land, forget about a path and give the land
to Mr. Anderson as you were planning to do on September 26th.

SIGNED:

DATE:

ADDRESS:

COMMENTS?

QUESTIONS?
City Council:

Roseville Community Development:
Roseville City Manager:

Vern Johnson, Chairman
Joanne Cushman
Pat Johnson
Rick Jocpke 490-2236
Steve Sarkozy

Dean Maschka
Brenda Thomas
