The City Council approved a preliminary plat and vacation of <br />a portion of Aldine Street at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest <br />Avenue on October 26, 1992. <br /> <br />2. The City Council public hearing on the final plat has been <br />scheduled for December 14, 1992. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Anderson has submitted the necessary materials for final <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />4. City staff has reviewed the final plat materials submitted <br />and find them to be consistent with the preliminary plat and <br />meeting all the requirements for final plats. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the final plat based on the finding that it is <br />inconsistent with the approved preliminary plat and is not <br />consistent with the ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />2. Approve the final plat because it is consistent with the <br />approved preliminary plat and because it meets all final plat <br />requirements. <br /> <br />policv Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To approve plats which meet ordinance requirements and which <br />are consistent with the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Bruce <br />Anderson's request for final plat approval at 1695, 1700, and <br />1708 Oakcrest Avenue. <br />
