The City Council approved a preliminary plat and vacation of <br />a portion of Aldine Street at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest <br />Avenue on October 26, 1992. A public hearing concerning the <br />final plat was scheduled for November 23, 1992. <br /> <br />2. Bruce Anderson, the applicant, has not submitted the <br />necessary final plat materials for City approval. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue the public <br />hearing concerning the request for final plat approval at <br />1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest Avenue until December 14, 1992. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to continue Bruce Anderson's request for final plat <br />approval at 1694, 1700, and 1708 Oakcrest Avenue until <br />December 14, 1992. <br />
