The easement would prohibit any significant <br />obstruction to visibility from the ground to eight feet <br />off the ground within a 10' setback from the <br />right-of-way line. If any access to the property is <br />built off of Western Avenue, the property owners will <br />be required to maintain the easement free from such <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />2) That grading plans be submitted for review and approval <br />by city staff for any new building permits that are <br />requested on either lot. <br /> <br />3) That the leqal descriptions of the parcels be modified <br />as approved by City staff. <br />
