A <br />portion approximately 2.2 acres was retained as the homestead. <br />The portion of land along Western Avenue containing approx. <br />7 lots is owned by Sam Cave. Mr. Cave was not allowed to build <br />homes on the Western Avenue curve. A suggested remedy was to <br />come in from Farrington Street and have homes on a culdesac. <br />This would put a street less than 20 feet from the house. <br /> <br />I at that time said that I did not want to give up any more <br />land, and now 18 years later, I am still of the same opinion. <br />Mr. Cave is no longer building homes. He is unable to file <br />the warranty deed he hOlds on his piece of property and I do <br />not have clear title to my part of the property. <br /> <br />This being the reason for requesting divisions of Out Lot A <br />to obtain clear title to the property. <br /> <br />Sincerely, ~. <br /> <br />,/ ~C;- J~ <br /> <br />vlr~a E.
