<br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />Three (3) attachments are provided in Exhibit C: <br /> <br />1. A plat map, highlighted in yellow, indicating property owners who are <br />approving the application for variance. <br /> <br />The affected street is Simpson Street between Brooks arid Transit. Three <br />properties fÌ'ont on the west side of Simpson, i.e., the homes of Malarkey, <br />Larsen and Wyar. No residence fÌ"onts on the east side of Simpson with only <br />the Henry property driveway on that east side. Four residences only, i.e., <br />Henry, Young, Trudeau, Brown, are in the entire yellow-highlighted block. <br />The Henry property is ~ghlighted in pink. <br /> <br />2. A detailed drawing of the properties described in #1 above. <br /> <br />3. Approving signatures of the entire set of property owners referenced in <br />#1 and #2 above. <br />
