<br /> <br />August 13, 1992 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Henry <br />1485 Transit Ave. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Henry: <br /> <br />As was indicated to you at the Minor variance Committee meeting on <br />August 13, 1992 your driveway must be brought into compliance with <br />city ordinances. City ordinances require that the driveway be no <br />wider than 26 feet at the property line. One acceptable method of <br />bringing this driveway into compliance would be to determine the <br />location of the actual property line and then measure 26 feet from <br />the south line of the driveway along the property line. Everything <br />north of this point within the public right-of-way should be <br />removed with the exception of a 3 foot flare where the driveway <br />meets the actual road surface.
