On June 6, 1994, Mr. Kehr provided a written request for withdrawal of his <br />application for PUD concept development plan approval, rezoning from R -1 to <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 674,656, and 646 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, at their June 8, 1994 meeting, recommended approval <br />of this request for withdrawal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. Staff recommends that the City Council approves Parkridge Development <br />Corp.! AI Kehr request for withdrawal of the application for PUD concept <br />development plan approval, rezoning from R-l to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) at 674,656, and 646 W.
