For some time now, both the'City Council and the Planning Commission have been <br />considering a proposed amendment to the Roseville Comprehensive Land Use Guide plan <br />from low density residential to medium density residential for the property generally south <br />of County Road C and west of Dale and Parkridge Developments' request for rezoning <br />from Rl to Land Unit Development for a portion of this property. Consideration of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment is the subject of a public hearing scheduled earlier on <br />this agenda. Public hearings on the request of the Parkridge Development for rezoning <br />were scheduled for the Planning Commission on May 11, 1994, and for the City Council <br />on May 23, 1994. <br /> <br />On May 11, 1994, the Planning Commission continued consideration of the application for <br />rezoning until June 8, 1994, stating that the planned unit development project infonnation <br />was not adequate for consideration at that time. It was also the Commission's feeling that <br />prior to considering a rezoning request, the City should determine how the land under <br />consideration will be designated in the Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan; therefore, it <br />is recommended that the City Council continue the public hearing on Parkridge <br />Development's request for rezoning from Rl to Plan Unit Development and preliminary <br />plat approval at 674,656, and 646 West County RoadC until June 27, 1994. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
