REMINDER NOTICE

On Wednesday, May 11, 1994, beginning at 7:30 p.m., the Roseville Planning
Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting. On the agenda are two items of
interest to residents near the AI Kehr-Parkridge Townhouse PUD located west of
Dale on County Road C.

First, the City Council has asked the Commission to clarify what the Commission's
long range land use recommendation is for the Kehr property and other adjoining or
nearby property. The Commission will have to re-read their two past motions and
clarify them with another, more specific recommendation on the Comprehensive
Plan long range land use designation(s) for the area.

Second, the Planning Commission is required by the application process to hold a
public hearing on the Kehr-Parkridge Townhouse PUD proposal. This is a rezoning .
hearing from a R-l (single family) zone, to a townhouse Planned Unit Development
zone in which 23 single story townhomes are proposed on 3.6 acres. This public
hearing was originally opened on April 13 , 1994 and continued to May 11.

After the Planning Commission makes its recommendation, the next opportunity for
resident comment/participation will be May 23, 1994 at the City Council meeting.

If there are questions, feel free to contact Michael Falk at 490-2236.
