The site plan does not allow for a dedicated ponding area <br />for stormwater management. However, we have designed sufficient storage in the proposed <br />greenspace areas, storm sewer piping, storm sewer catchbasins,. and pavement areas in order to <br />reduce the post-development peak discharge rate to 3.23 cfs which is less than the calculated <br />pre-development peak discharge rate of 4.51 cfs. <br /> <br />In order to control storm water discharge from the site, 8" and 6'¡ restriction pipes will <br />be necessary between structure 3 and structure 1. The calculated lOO-yr high water level in <br />the green space at the center of the site is 933.98. The calculated lOO-yr high water level in <br />the swale at the south side of the site is 931.78. Proposed building floor elevations are set at <br />936.00.
