The townhomes are <br />designed as single story, slab on grade units, however, due to the existing <br />topography of the site at least one unit will have a basement. <br /> <br />Twenty-three units on 3.67 acres of land breaks down to 6.3 units per acre. <br /> <br />The streets will be asphalt with curb and gutter and built to City <br />specifications.
