<br /> <br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April 25, 1994 <br /> <br />1)-2 <br /> <br />BEARINGS <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Parkridge <br />Development Corporation's request for Planned unit <br />Development (PUD) Concept Development Plan approval, <br />rezoning from R-1 Single Family to PUD at 674, 656, <br />and 646 W. county Road C be continued to the regular <br />City Council meeting of May 23, 1994. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: wi ski , Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and v. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that consideration of <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density <br />Residential and Institutional to Medium Density <br />Residential at 720, 716, 700, 690, 686, 644, 634, 636, <br />and 626 W. County Road C be continued to the regular <br />City Council meeting of May 23, 1994. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />This item was deferred to J-1, ITEMS TABLED, because <br />the applicants were not present at this time and <br />were expected to arrive later in the meeting. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance <br />1137, amending Section 31.060 of the City Code of the <br />City of Roseville, regulating excavation, grading, <br />surfacing, and filling of land in the City of Rose- <br />ville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that four special <br />city Council work sessions, to be held at Roseville <br />City Hall, be established to allow the Council to <br />attend the following meetings without violating the <br />Open Meetings Act: <br /> <br />1. April 27, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for a Planning <br />Commission Study Meeting with emphasis on <br />Environmental Issues and Neighborhoods. <br /> <br />2. May 4, beginning at 6:30 p.m., for a joint meeting <br />with the Planning Commission and vista 2000 Chairs <br />and volunteers regarding the Comprehensive Land <br />Use Plan. <br /> <br />3. May 25, beginning at 7:00 p.m., for a Planning <br />Commission Study Meeting with emphasis on comple- <br />tion of Transportation and Environmental Issues. <br /> <br />4. June 8, beginning at 7:30 p.m., for a Planning <br />Commission Public Hearing on revisions to the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, P.
