<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of August, 200 I at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and <br />the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9925 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE APPROVED PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL EST A TE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2002 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The City ofRoseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of <br />the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund Amount <br />General Fund $ 5,983,472 <br />Recreation Operations 410,375 <br />Improvements (Pathways) 137,000 <br />G.O. Improvement Debt Service 1,078,821 <br />Equipment 182,200 <br />Parks Maintenance 731,016 <br />Park Improvement Program 250,000 <br />Streets cape Maintenance 25,000 <br />Pathways Construction 125,000 <br />Total $ 8,922,884 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
