,~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of August , 1991 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas moved that the following resolution adopted. RESOLUTION NO. S701 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Roseviile received a petition by owners of buildable lots along Sextant Avenue for improvements identified by the City of Roseville as Improvement No. SS-W-P-86-44. WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429, constructed the improvements. WHEREAS, it was anticipated by the City of Roseville that before any building development was to occur that the property adjacent to the improvements would be re-platted as shown on Exhibit "An attached hereto and made a part hereof. WHEREAS, as of the date of the improvements, the property has not been re-platted as shown on Exhibit "A". WHEREAS, in the event any improvements were constructed prior to re-platting said improvements would create innumerable hardships, including land-locked properties. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the City staff is hereby directed and ordered to withhold all building permits for any property now adjoining Sextant Avenue as shown on the attached Exhibit "An until the property has been re-platted in accordance with Exhibit nAn. This Resolution will remain in force and effect until further Order of the City Council of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson ,and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, , and the following voted against the same: None. 1
