The current ordinance allows for four (4) signs on the property. We wish <br />to have this raised to six (6). <br /> <br />Three years ago when Rosedale proposed major expansion and renovation plans to <br />the city it was with the intent to have monument type signs at all four ( 4) entryways to <br />assist with the ingress and egress of the motorists in the area. We have installed two <br />(2) of the proposed signs and would like to install the next two (~) as per the plan. <br />The signs are Inside the perimeter of the Rosedale Shopping Center property. They <br />are monument signs measuring 4'x 8'.
