Sign Regulations in I Districts. <br /> <br />Within the I-1 and I-2 Districts, nameplate signs, business signs, <br />and illuminated signs are permitted as listed in Section 14.600. <br /> <br />14.600. TvDe and Gross Surface of Sians in B. SC and I Districts <br /> <br />A. Each building in B, SC and I Districts shall be allowed a- <br />Refi-~y±efi B~~R signage equal in area to the percentage of <br />the square footage of the building elevation ae-Be~eee- <br />e±evae~efi ei facing the street or the square footage <br />indicated in the schedule set forth in Ð B below. For the <br />purposes of this Chapter, both faces of a two-sided pylon or <br />ground sign shall be counted in the allowable square footage <br />calculation. <br /> <br />B. Ift-aàà~eieRï As part of the total allowed area of signage <br />one pylon sign or ground sign per building shall be allowed <br />with a maximum square footage as indicated on the schedule <br />set forth in Ð B below. eaBeà-~~eR-ehe-ey~e-ei-Be~eee-ehae- <br />É~efieB ehe-±ee-aftà-e~~±à~fi~-~R-~~eBe~efi. <br /> <br />C. Where more than one business or industry is housed in a <br />single building, allowable signs and sign area may be shared <br />but shall not exceed the maximum allowance listed in the <br />schedule for the building. <br /> <br />D. If a development chooses not to have a pylon or ground sign, <br />a bonus in total allowed area of signage will be given as <br />listed in B below. <br />
