<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville city Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, October 14, 1992 at 7: 30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Fine Associates request for interim use permit and variance to <br />the zoning ordinance at 1525 W. County Road C. The applicant is <br />requesting permission to use a portion of Lot 5 for parking of <br />approximately 20 cars on an interim 'basis and for placing a <br />temporary off-premise sign on Lot 3 to assist in selling the <br />adjacent vacant lot (Lot 5) which has limited visibility due to <br />surrounding development. <br /> <br />The City council, of the city of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />October 26, 1992 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 5, Venture Third Addition, Ramsey County. <br />Lot 3, Venture Third Addition, Ramsey County. <br /> <br /> <br />Please be sure you or your representative attend these meetings. <br />
