<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: city Staff/ <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Sean McDonagh, Golf Course Superintendent <br /> <br />DATE: September 25, 1992 <br /> <br />RE: Variance <br /> <br />Attached please find an application for a variance to the zoning <br />Ordinance at the Roseville Cedarholm Golf Course. <br /> <br />This proposal would include removal of the existing 4' high X <br />230' long, 2" mesh fence along Hamline Avenue with a 6' high X <br />230' long, 1 1/2" mesh fence. The purpose if the proposed <br />project will be to reduce the number of golf balls entering onto <br />Hamline Avenue which, in the past have caused damage to vehicles <br />and property. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration.
