<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Tuesday, November 10, 1992 at 7: 30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Cedarholm Golf Course request for a variance to the zoning <br />ordinance at 2323 N. Hamline Avenue. The applicant is requesting <br />a fence height variance to construct a 6 foot high mesh fence <br />along Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />November 23, 1992 at City Hall at 7: 30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />Section 10, Township 29, Range 23.
