County Road C. <br /> <br />Backqround: <br /> <br />1. City ordinances require that special use permits be obtained <br />for vehicle leasing and sale uses in I-I zoning districts. <br /> <br />2. Netlease Systems Inc., dba Roadmasters of Roseville, request <br />a special use permit to sell new and used vehicles from their <br />existing operation at 1918 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />3. The Roseville Planning commission continued consideration of <br />this matter until February 10, 1993 at the request of the <br />applicant to allow them to develop more detailed landscape <br />and other plans. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The applicant, in a phone conversation, <br />would be withdrawing their application. <br />has not been received. <br /> <br />indicated that they <br />written confirmation <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council accept withdrawal of <br />Netlease Systems Inc. request for a special use permit at <br />1918 W. County Road C subject to receiving written <br />confirmation of the withdrawal. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
