City ordinances require that special use permits be obtained <br />for vehicle leasing and sale uses in I-I zoning districts. <br /> <br />2. Netlease Systems Inc., dba Roadmasters of Roseville, request <br />a special use permit to sell new and used vehicles from their <br />existing operation at 1918 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />3. The Roseville Planning commission continued consideration of <br />this matter until January 13, 1993 at the request of the <br />applicant to allow them to develop more detailed landscape <br />and other plans. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue <br />consideration of Netlease Systems Inc. request for a special <br />use permit at 1918 W. County Road C until January 25, 1993. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to continue Netlease systems Inc. request for a <br />special use permit at 1918 W.
