<br />.; <br /> <br />- - <br /> <br />9/29/92 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />I am applying for a change in zoning for my property at 165 South Owasso <br />Blvd, <br /> <br />The size is 115 x 187, Currently, the western half is zoned R1 and the <br />eastern half is zoned B3. <br /> <br />On the property is my house and attached to the house is a hair salon, Due <br />to lack of business, the salon has been closed since 2/1192. All of our attempts <br />to rent our chairs or rent it as commercial space have failed. We would like <br />to get it zoned all residential and make it into a small apartment, <br /> <br />There is plenty of off-street parking, and no ch9nges will be made to the <br />exterior grade, <br /> <br />Trash will be handled by our residential carrier, <br /> <br />My prefemce would be to have it zoned as a R1, <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at 486-0780, <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and consideration, <br /> <br />
