This request is to allow the applicant to construct a Jiffy <br />Lube facility on the site formerly occupied by a Total Gas <br />station adjacent to Har Mar Mall. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, on a 4-1 vote, recommended denial <br />of William Sievers request for special use permit for an <br />automobile service use for site plan approval and setback <br />variances at 1526 W. County Road B. <br /> <br />3. The City council, at the request of the applicant, has <br />continued this matter a number of times, most recently until <br />December 14, 1992. <br /> <br />4. The applicant has requested that consideration of this <br />request be continued until January 25, 1993. The applicant <br />is working with the owners of Har Mar to develop a Jiffy Lube <br />at an alternative site at County Road C and Lincoln Drive, <br />which is also owned by the owners of Har Mar. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City <br />consideration of William Sievers request <br />permit, site plan approval and variances <br />Road B until January 25, 1993. <br /> <br />Council continue <br />for a special use <br />at 1526 W.
