<br />County of Ramsey, of the State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and
<br />the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation,
<br />party of the second part.

<br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of $ I rt and other
<br />valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
<br />said parties of the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the
<br />second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a public
<br />road and highway and for underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances
<br />under and across the following described property in Ramsey County,
<br />Minnesota
<br />
<br />A perpetual easement for Public Roadway purposes across that part of the
<br />southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 14, T29, R23,
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as beginning at the southeast corner
<br />thereof: thence west along the south line of said southwest quarter of
<br />southeast quarter 20 feet; thence north, parallel with the east line of
<br />said southwest quarter of southeast quarter 150.5 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly 36.05 feet to a point on the east line of said southwest
<br />quarter of southeast quarter distant 180.5 feet north from said southeast
<br />corner; thence south along said east line 180.5 feet to the point of
<br />beginning; subject to Larpenteur Avenue.

<br />which easement shall include the perpetual rights of said City of
<br />Roseville, its successors or assìg~s, to grade, level, fill, drain, pave,
<br />with such culverts, cuts, or ditches as may be necessary, and to construct,
<br />maintain, operate and repair underground utility mains, pipes and
<br />appurtenances over and across a strip of land hereinbefore described,
<br />together with perpetual easement for ingress and egress, all without
<br />additional compensation.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said
<br />party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.

<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set
<br />their hands the day and year first above written.
