MEMORANDUM <br />ToRickJopke <br />From:Lon Aune <br />Date:May <br />Re <br />Theengineering staff hasreviewedthe final development plans for <br />theproposed Emerald RidgeSubdivision.Thesubmittal has been <br />revisedtoaddressallbuttwoofthe previous concerns.The <br />proposedplatindicatesanaccesseasementontheCemetery <br />property. <br />Staff must see some documentation thatthe access has <br />been authorized by the cemetery owners. <br />Thesecond issue isthe installation ofthe water line <br />along Larpenteur Avenue across theLinderproperty. <br />Theremustbeanagreementdevelopedwith the Linders to <br />allowthisportionoftheproject to occur. <br />TheEngineeringDepartmenthasnoother issues tobe addressed on <br />this project at this time. <br />
