<br />10. A 6 foot concrete sidewalk is required along the north side <br />of Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />11. Lot and block numbers are not shown on the proposed plat <br />and are required. <br /> <br />12. Any existing wells must be removed as per state standards. <br /> <br />13. Any water services to the existing St. Paul watermain must <br />be removed as per St. Paul standards. <br /> <br />14. The existing 40 foot sanitary sewer easement is proposed to <br />be relocated and also reduced to 30 feet in width. The new <br />location must be approved by Roseville's Engineering staff. <br /> <br />15. The proposed easterly 150 feet of the new watermain <br />extension crosses private property. The proposed location <br />lays within the existing sanitary sewer easement. This <br />easement does not give the city or any contractor the right <br />to install a watermain over it. A new easement must be <br />granted to the City of Roseville, from that owner, to do <br />this work. <br /> <br />16. All new utilities that are proposed to be given to the City <br />of Roseville for maintenance must be built and inspected to <br />Roseville standards. <br /> <br />17. There are assessments in the amount of $11,012.65 for water <br />and $4,686.93 for sanitary sewer which must be paid to the <br />City of Roseville if approved. <br />
