Final drainage, landscaping, utilities, and street design be <br />approved by City staff. <br /> <br />2. An additional 4.5 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for <br />Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />3. The pond be properly maintained. <br /> <br />4. The exterior color and finish be reviewed by City staff. <br /> <br />5. Documentation of the access easement on the Roselawn <br />Cemetery property be delivered to the City. <br /> <br />6. An agreement be prepared that provides for the installation <br />of a water main along Larpenteur Avenue across the Linder <br />property. <br /> <br />7.
