It has bee found that $1,571.52 in additional charges will become due, if your application is approved by the city council. It is our standard procedure to collect these charges at the time of recording of a legal document or upon application for a building permit, whichever takes place first. These additional charges (see city code ordinances) are collected by the city because the property was not assessed in full at the time of levy or because of the applicant's action which created a situation of utilizing the property to a higher degree that at the time of levy.
