Williams Pipeline Company wishes to donate this triangular <br />parcel to a non-profit organization but has discovered that <br />it is not recorded as a separate parcel. Therefore, they are <br />requesting to officially divide the lot in order to allow the <br />property to be transferred. <br /> <br />3. The Roseville Planning commission unanimously recommended <br />approval of Williams Pipeline Company's request for lot <br />division at Highway 88 and County Road C-2 with the condition <br />that city staff receive and approve a survey drawing <br />illustrating the division. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the lot division based on the finding that the proposal <br />does not meet the City's zoning and subdivision regulations. <br /> <br />2. Approve the lot division based on the finding that the <br />proposal meets the City's subdivision and zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />Policy Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To insure development occurs consistènt with the City's <br />comprehensive plan, subdivision, and zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Williams <br />Pipeline Company's request for lot division at Highway 88 and <br />County Road C-2 with the condition that City staff receive <br />and approve a survey drawing outlining the subdivision <br />request. <br />
