<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Williams Pipeline Company request for division of platted lot. <br />The applicant wishes to divide their lot to allow them to dispose <br />of a 2.78 triangular shaped parcel which lies westerly of T.H. <br />88. This parcel is currently a part of the main parcel which <br />lïes easterly of T.H. 88. The new parcel will eventually be sold <br />for development. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />March 22, 1993 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />The East three quarters of the South half of the Southwest <br />quarter of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23 and except the West <br />330 feet the North half of the Southwest quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23 and the part lying Westerly of the <br />Minnesota Transfer Railway Company right-of-way of the Southeast <br />quarter of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23.
