BACKGROUND <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Klosner-Goertz Homes is proposing a residential plannea unit <br />development consisting of 26 duplex units in 13 structures on the <br />Busse and Linder properties on Larpenteur Avenue at Grotto street. <br />There have been numerous proposals for the property over the <br />years, the most recent being the proposal last year by Heritage <br />Development to build 28 townhouse units in three buildings. That <br />project was proposed on the Busse property only, adjacent to the <br />cemetery. The Goertz proposal includes the Busse property as well <br />as the adjacent Walt Linder parcel to the east, but not the Henry <br />Linder parcel (the greenhouse and nursery) further east on st. <br />Albans Street. <br /> <br />The Goertz project was presented to the Planning Commission in <br />December for a sketch plan review. <br /> <br />2.
