Zonina Code References The standard criteria in the Code for consideration of special Use permi ts include impacts on traff ic, parks, streets, etc. , compatibility with the site and surrounding uses, and compatibility with the Comp Plan. The proposed use does not raise concerns on any of these issues, except the impact on sur~ounding uses, which will be minor depending on the exact design and appearance of the fenced area. 3. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION The proposed use of the space for the maintenance of vehicles for a valuable public agency like the FBI does not include many of the objectionable features associated with other auto service uses, and is compatible with the intent of the B-4 District and the existing character of the CSM building.
