REVIEWEDj-RECOMMENDS: <br />// <br /> <br />The minor variance board at its July 26, meeting recornnended approval of <br />Mr. Jo1m Farrell's request for minor variance to side yard setback at <br />987 County Road C- 2. Mr. Farrell proposes to construct an addition (one <br />bedroom) to his hane which will extend to wi thin 10 feet 6 inches of the <br />side yard property line. The required setback is 30 feet. The affected <br />side yard is adj acent to the unimproved Richmond Street. (See attached <br />map) . The property on the east side of Richmond is a tax delinquent <br />parcel. Therefore, there are no signatures of adj acent property owners. <br />The property to the west is part of Ramsey County's Josephine Park. <br />The Public Works Department feels that it is unlikely that Richmond Street <br />will ever be improved. <br /> <br />Cotmcil Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) John Farrell's <br />request for minor variance to side yard setback <br />at 987 Cotmty Road C- 2. <br /> <br />~,f\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"'1- <br />
