It is recommended that the City Council approve the vacation <br />of the total right-of-way of Richmond street (Chatsworth), <br />between County Road C-2 and Millwood street if the remaining <br />abutting property owners approve the vacation in writing <br />within 30 days. If they do not approve, staff would <br />recommend approval of vacating only the portion requested by <br />the Farrells. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
